While you are logged in to your ManageUN site as an Organizer. Navigate to the Conference page and click on the Emails tab.

Customize email template

On that page, you may edit the templates that automated emails use. For example, when a person submits their application, you can modify the “Application submitted” template to let the person know information specific about your conference.

Customize email container

Every email template is placed in a container. By default, the container is branded and contains our logo. It is possible to customize the container, contact us with your design so that we can enable the feature from our end.

While you are logged in to your ManageUN site as an Organizer. Navigate to the Conference page and click on the Conference tab.

You are given the option to link to your logo or upload your image from your computer.

Option 1. Link to an existing image on the internet

Copy the URL to an image. Your URL must point directly to an image, not a webpage containing an image. You can tell if the URL is an image if it ends in the image file extension (for example .png).

Option 2. Upload your own

Select the file from your device. Avoid uploading a logo with a filled background, instead make the transparent. We recommend using PNG images for transparency.

We support custom domains!

For example, if you own the domain yourmun.com you may choose to point it to yourmun.manageun.app. So, your visitors would navigate to yourmun.com and see your ManageUN site. Alternatively, you can point a subdomain to your ManageUN site, for example, registration.yourmun.com.
